We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to Force Majeure. Our responsibilities in such circumstances will be limited to refunding any monies paid to us.

In the event that take up for the course falls below a certain level, we also reserve the right to cancel a booking. All monies paid to us by the client will be refunded.

We will also cancel a booking if the payment terms outlined have not been met. The cancellation fees below will be levied in such circumstances.

In the event that a client wishes to cancel a reservation, an email must be sent from the named individual. If the cancellation is received before 9th June 2022, the deposit will be returned in full.

For all other cancellations, the following applies to the deposit payment.

For cancellations received less than 12 weeks (on or after 9th June 2022) prior to the commencement of the course will incur the following charges:

Between 12 – 6 weeks from the commencement date: 60%

Between 6 – 4 weeks before the commencement date: 80%

Between 4 weeks and the commencement date: 100%

The balance of payment is due in full on the 1st of August 2022. Should you wish to cancel your place on the course after this date, the following charges will apply to the balance:

In the event of that the UK Government restricts travel to Spain from the UK at the time of the course due to Covid 19, a full refund will be issued of any monies paid for the course.

100% charge will be made for all other cancellations.

• Teaching

• Materials required for the course*

• Accommodation for 6 nights

• Breakfast each day

• Light lunch each day apart from the 4th September, where we will arrange a long leisurely lunch at a local restaurant. The cost of this is not included.  A light supper will be provided on this day back at the Cortijo.

• Drinks, including wine, while in the Cortijo

• Evening meal on 2 evenings and one light supper on the 4th September.  On 3 evenings we will take you to a local restaurant to enjoy typical ‘Alpujarreno’ food. The cost of this is not included in the price of the holiday. The cost of the lunch on the 4th September is not included in the price.

• Collection from Malaga Airport on the afternoon of 1st September and return on the day of departure, 7th September.  Please note we will pick up by 2.30pm on the 1st September so we advise guests to ensure their flights arrive around or before this time. We will return guests to Malaga on the 7th September by noon. Therefore return flights should be booked from 2pm onwards. Again we advise guests to ensure flight bookings fit in with these times. Any earlier/later collection or drop off time will incur additional costs. We are happy to arrange collection and return from an alternative point and an additional charge will be incurred for this.

• Transport to and from local restaurants.

* Students will be required to bring their own camera and sketch book. An initial supply of paper is included in the price, but additional paper will be available at an extra cost.
